At Albadar Shopping Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly offer a 14-day return policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience. However, to keep things smooth and secure for both sides, please read the updated terms carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility & Request Process
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your item.
- Provide photographic evidence, including:

- A clear image of the shipping label
- A picture of the sealed parcel
- An unboxing and first-use video clearly showing the product condition and testing process.
Once your return request is submitted and approved by our team, you may proceed to return the item within 14 days of its delivery date.
Return requests can be made by:
- Filling out our Return Form, or
- Sending a detailed email to support@albadarshoppingmart.store
Return Method
After approval, the customer must return the product either:

By themselves, to our warehouse address:
57/C Block, Vehari - Or, have it picked up by our partnered courier, depending on the most suitable available option at that time.
We will provide return instructions and guidance once the request is approved.
Item Condition for Return
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- In original packaging
- In unused, undamaged, and new condition
- Include any tags, accessories, and receipts
Products returned without following the proper process or in a used/damaged condition will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Beauty & personal care products
- Electronic items, unless found non-functional or defective upon first use and confirmed to be faulty by us
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Hazardous items, flammable liquids/gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, kindly notify us immediately upon delivery with proper evidence (photos/video), so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest method is to return the original product (following the steps above), and once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
